Browser Requirements #
These requirements only apply to using Moodle’s core features, not to any external sites or services that instructors may link to or embed within their Moodle courses.
To use Moodle effectively it is recommended that you run the most recent version of one of the following browsers:
For Mobile devices, you can use:
- Moodle app – iPhone/iPad and Android (Set Moodle site to https://shawcc.remote-learner.net in the app)
- Mobile Safari – iPhone/iPad
- Mobile Google Chrome – iPhone/iPad and Android
Within your browser:
- javascript must be enabled
- pop-up windows must not be blocked for SCC’s Moodle
Issues:
- Older versions of some browsers will have issues with Moodle. Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Microsoft has ended support for its Internet Explorer browser. If you are still using IE, we recommend you choose an alternate browser from the list above.
